Betting Rules

  • All matches (pre game and live) have action regardless of completion or start date.
  • Match Betting: In the event of a match being awarded to a player before the full number of sets have been played, match bets (moneyline) will stand on the player officially going through, provided that at least one set has been played.
  • If one set has not been completed, all match bets will be void.
  • In the event of any of the following circumstances taking place all bets will stand: (i) a change of playing surface, (ii) a change of venue or (iii) a change from indoor court to outdoor court or vice versa.
  • Match must be completed for set betting, handicap betting and total games to stand. Otherwise, wagers will be cancelled and all money will be refunded.
  • LIVE WAGERING: Match must be completed in full in order for wagers to have action, all undecided wagers will be voided if the match is not completed in full.

Period & Set Specific Rules

  • 1st Set Winner (Moneyline): The first set must be completed for wagers to stand. If a player retires during the first set, all wagers are void.
  • 1st Set Spread: Settled based on the game score of the first set only. If the first set is not completed, wagers are void.
  • 1st Set Correct Score: Settled on the exact score of the first set. If the first set is not completed, wagers are void.
  • 1st Set Total: Settled on the total combined score in the 1st set. If the first set is not completed, wagers are void.
  • Total Sets: Wagers will be void if either player retires before the match is completed.

Spread & Total Rules

  • Game Spread: The match must be completed for wagers to stand. If a retirement occurs, all game handicap wagers are void, regardless of the score at the time of retirement.
  • Correct Score (Match): Wagers are void if the match is not completed.
  • Total (Player A or Player B): Wagers are void if the match is not completed, unless the outcome has already been determined.
  • Total Games (Match): Wagers are void if the match is not completed, unless the outcome has already been determined.

Statistical Prop Rules (Aces, Double Faults, Breaks)

  • Aces / Double Faults: These three-way markets (Player A/Player B/Tie) require the full match to be completed. If a retirement occurs at any point, wagers are void.
  • Aces Spread: Requires the full match to be completed. Any retirement renders the wager void.
  • Total Aces (Game/Player A/Player B): Wagers are deemed void if a player retires, unless the "Over" has already been determined.
  • Total Double Faults (Game/Player A/Player B): Wagers are deemed void if a player retires, unless the "Over" has already been determined.
  • Total Breaks: Settled on the number of times a service game is broken. Tie-breaks do not count as a "break." The match must be completed unless the "Over" is already determined.
