Promotion Rules

In order to qualify for your segmented bonus you must meet all three criteria below:

• Your current account balance must be equal to or less than 25% of your previous deposit amount. Note that total account balance includes pending sports wagers and download casino balances. Example: If your last deposit was $100, you must have $25 or less in your total account balance to qualify for a bonus.

Bonus Rollover Point Earning

Prior to accepting any bonus, you will be notified of the total Rollover Point amount that is tied to each bonus. This Rollover Point amount needs to be met in full prior to being able to request a withdrawal. Note that different bonus promotions may have varying Rollover Point multipliers. The multipliers listed below are based on the Deposit+Bonus amount. Rollover Points are accumulated for every $10 wagered as follows:

Example: If you place $20 in sports wagers you will receive 10 Rollover Points. If you play $20 in Video Poker, you will receive 2 Rollover Points. Here's how it works:

• Choose your one favorite team from each NFL, NCAA Football, NBA and NCAA Basketball leagues. Once you choose these teams, you will not be allowed to change them for the entire season.
• You will get 1/2 Point Free on every regular season game for each of your favorite teams that you have selected in the various leagues. The rebate is calculated between 09:00 EST to 08:59 EST every day. We use the following formula to determine qualifying accounts:

Casino Wins - Casino Losses - Bonuses - Rewards Cash - Rebates = Casino Loss we then credit your account with 7% of this casino loss.

• Please keep in mind that this rebate has no rollover.
• Accounts who are winning in the last 30 days, or lifetime, as well as accounts with withdrawals in the last 30 days, are ineligible for a rebate. Your total losses for the week were $240, after deducting the bonus.
