Straight Wagers is proud to offer the largest selection of Straight Wagers available today. Straight Wagers, also known as Point Spread Wagers, are far and above the most common type of wager placed by sports betting enthusiasts today. Typical straight bets include a point spread, and odds. In order to win your wager, the outcome of the game/match will need to be covered by the point spread that you selected, and the odds will determine the price that you pay. Point spreads could be positive, negative, or even zero. If your selection is a negative spread, that means that your team will need to win by more than that number. If you are betting with a positive point spread, then that means your team can lose by less than that number. For example, if you are betting on the Dallas Cowboys -4.5 (-109), then that means that in order for you to win your wager, the Cowboys need to win by 5 or more, and you will pay $109 to win $100 with the -109 odds. Conversely, if you bet the NY Jets +4.5, then that means the Jets can lose by up to 4 points and you will still win your wager. Straight bets typically include any overtime included in the game/match, unless otherwise stated, or specified for a particular wager type.

3-Way Betting

In certain events and sports we will also offer 3-Way Betting. Also known as Win/Draw/Win or Home/Draw/Away. Here are you betting on the outcome of a game, after regulation time, from 3 possible results. Home team wins. There is a draw or tie. Away team wins. Unless otherwise stated, the odds are based on the result after "full time", which in soccer is 90 minutes of play (normal time), which includes injury time/stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the 2nd half. Extra periods or penalty shootouts, etc. are not included in 3-way betting.

An example of a 3-way wager on soccer would be Manchester City -125 (wager $125 to win $100), Liverpool is +310 (wager $100 to win $310), and the Draw of +250 (wager $100 to win $250). Your selection must be correct for you to win the wager.
