The race must begin within seven days of the originally scheduled start time for a wager to have action, unless stated otherwise.
Championship / Outright Wagers
Outright Championship wagers have action even if the selected driver or team does not start the associated race(s).
Official Race Result
Wagers are settled based on the official results published immediately after the race.
Formula 1: The FIA’s official race result at the time of publication is used. Any later penalties, disqualifications, or position adjustments do not affect settlement.
IndyCar: The official result at the conclusion of the race is used.
NASCAR: Settlement uses the official NASCAR result after post-race inspection. If the initially declared winner fails inspection, the revised official winner is used for settlement.
Driver Match-Ups (Race or Qualifying)
Both drivers must start the race for wagers to have action.
The driver with the better finishing position is the winner.
If one driver fails to finish, the driver who finishes is the winner.
If neither finishes, the driver completing more laps is the winner.
If both retire having completed the same number of laps, the wager is void.
Field Wagers
“Field” includes all drivers not individually listed in the market. If a field driver wins, the field is settled as the winner.
Specialty Motorsport Markets
Dead Heat Rule
For markets without a “draw” option, if two or more selections tie, odds are proportionally divided by the number of tied winners.
Group Betting (Pole or Race)
The winning selection is the driver with the highest finishing position in the group, at the end of the race.
If all group drivers fail to classify, the driver completing the most laps is the winner.
If two or more retire on the same lap, dead-heat rules apply.
First Lap Markets
Settled based on the result of the first fully completed lap of the original race start.
Restarts are ignored unless the initial first lap is not completed.
Leader After 1 Lap
Settled on the driver leading as they cross the start/finish line after one classified race lap.
If the first lap is not fully completed, all wagers are void.
Wagers stand even if the race begins under safety-car conditions.
Number of Drivers to Finish
Settled based on the number of drivers listed as finishers in the official classification.
Most Team Points
Settled using the combined points earned by both drivers of the listed team in the specified race. Substitute drivers count if they score points for the team.
To Finish the Race
A driver is considered a “finisher” upon completing 90% or more of the laps completed by the race winner (rounded down), per official classification.
Podium (Top 3) / Top 6 / Top 10 / Points Finish
(All series except NASCAR) Settled based on the official result at the checkered flag. Later penalties or appeals do not change settlement.
Dual Forecast
Both listed drivers must finish 1st and 2nd in any order.
Any other result or retirement = losing wager.
Subsequent disqualifications do not affect settlement.
If a listed driver does not start the formation lap, wagers involving that driver are void.
Pole Position
Settled on the driver recording the fastest lap time in the final qualifying session. Later grid penalties do not affect settlement.
1st Driver/Team to Retire
If multiple drivers retire on the same lap, dead-heat rules apply.
Practice Outrights
Settled on the fastest lap recorded in the specified practice session.
Winning Car / Winning Manufacturer
Settlement is based on the manufacturer of the officially classified race winner at the conclusion of the race.
Formula 1: Driver Switching Teams
If a driver switches teams before a race and wagers were placed after the announcement but before markets were updated, those wagers are void.
